I just got separated 6 weeks ago. Our relationship lasted 6 years. Looking back, even now, I know that my heart wasn’t in it long before I left. I hadn’t been happy for quite some time and I think I was staying for the convenience, and for the kids.
Now I feel single again but don’t know if I’m rushing into dating too soon? I’m not looking for or expecting another long term relationship, but a date would be nice, and I think I’m ready for that. Do you think it’s too soon?

Hi when ever u feel the time is right , it’s best to test the water again and pick up the reins so to speak coz often times have changed and u need to move with the times if ya get me drift Hmm? ?
If you are thinking about it, you are ready to begin. I have been separated for almost 4 years and have not been interested in dating (I am not ready)- everyone has their own experiences…go with your instincts and enjoy yourself. Find someone that makes you feel good and special.
