I would go to your local library and check out past issues to find this info, especially in the spring editions because that's when advertiser's are pushing their summer and early fall trips. Also, if you live in a major city and listen to urban radio stations, a lot of stations now have started having cruise weeks. For instance in my town, 107.9 Jamz is hosting a week in Cozumel in October. Even though it's not a specifically African-American cruise, since most of the listernship is black, most of the people going on the cruise will be African-American. Try those places.
