		<description>they sound like carpenter ants...they are very annoying    I called a local exterminator to get rid of them, they usually were found in the bathroom.  I was told they are looking for moist wet places to get water from.  Good luck:)</description>

There are clear insecticides you can spray ito corners to help keep them out of your unit.
Usual treatment for carpenter ants is treating entry points and then eliminating conditions that made the building attractive to them.  Carpenter ants do not eat wood, they nest in it.  Wet wood is attractive to them because it is easier to hollow out.</description>
