Have you ever dated someone online and then actually met up in real life and made it work? Have you fallin in love online and did it work? I’m just curious to know if online dating can actually work, even if the distance is very far. My honest opinion is that, no matter how much feelings there is, if the distance is very far, it’ll always end up breaking…

Online dating is just like regular dating, both of them can work or they can fail. Online dating is just a means for you to communicate with other people across the world, in which you may not be able to meet in your daily life. After communicating with each other online, you still end up with the real dating scene, where two people develop their relationship further. If you believe that online dating will not work for you, then it will not work, because in your mind you have decided that it will fail. You just have to deal, which ever method you are more comfortable with.
In my experience, I did fall in love with someone online, and we had a relationship. Of course we broke up, but I have not given up yet. I still do online dating, as well as real dating.
