the iTunes store never does and it just gives me the same ones over and over. and then when i search for something else i see a new one.

there are new applications being launched daily so finding the “best” will be a constant search. Splittweet.com allows you to manage multiple Twitter accounts and Hootsuite is also popular.
The best thing to do is contunue doing a search (on Twitter) for the newest and best applications.
