Is There A Place That Will Help A Low Income Single Mother Get A Loan For A House With Reasonable Payments?

i’ve kinda heard about places that will help a single lowincome parent with no credit get a loan for a house with very low payments? is this true.. i am in jackson county indiana if anyone knows a number or place around here that i can talk to about it please let me know.
if anyone anywhere in indiana knows a place or number or websight for indiana in general please let me know…
i really need help and can’t figure out where to start looking at.

    The government has a program to help you. You can find the information at hud.gov The best deals are the HUD homes, but they are specific houses, you either take it or leave it.

    There are many programs that help low income home buyers own a home. I am not aware of any programs that are geared towards single parents. I put two links below, one specific to Indiana and one that applies to all states. On the HUD website, you can get information about FHA loans which help low income buyers. Good luck!

    You actually have a few options. Check with Habitat for Humanity first. They are the ones that build houses and you help their organization in some fashion or another. Also try this website Libertyfirstservices.net They help you to own your own home. Good luck!!
