Where Is A Good Place To Meets Single Girls?

i am 23 and it seems it is almost impossible to find a girl in the 18-28 or so age bracket that is single. To me it seems that all girls after the age of 21 or 22 are either engaged, married, or has had a kid.(NOT trying to be funny either)
it seems like all the girls have already been wiped up,LOL. I haven’t have a GF in about 3 years and every year I wait the slimmer the percentage of free girls is.
Does anybody else agree?
