Firstly, you spelt qualification wrong.
Secondly, women with qualifications tend to look for men who have a similar/equivalent level of intellect and QUALIFICATIONS.
You can meet women with qualifications anywhere and everywhere. I have quite a few qualifications myself and am very attractive.
Try bars rather than nightclubs. Reason being that nightclubs seem to attract Barbie type girls who, on the whole, are a bit dim, not very well educated and not attractive once you remove the layers of 3 shades too dark foundation, hair and nail extensions.
Good qualifications for what? Sounds like you’re trying to hire a girl! heh.
Depends on your age. Single bars, night clubs, internet dating sites (that’s not just for losers, there are some real great people there that are like you, don’t know where to find the right person) the super market is full of women, pay attention to what they have in their carts to see if they are single or not….

Better yet! A dating site that requires a lot of details in the profiles. I’ve actually come to prefer the online dating to the off-line dating scene. I’ve been on match.com , eHarmony.com , true.com , hornymatches.com , collegesexdates.com , and currently on passion.com
I liked eHarmony because the profile layout requires that you have a lot of details in your profile. A REAL person takes your personality type and matches it with a female that has a similar or connecting personality type.
I didn’t (and still don’t) like match.com (and it’s affiliate chemistry.com) because the times that the site would send me emails, the subject didn’t have anything to do with the kind of matches I was looking for. And even after I had shut down my profile, the two sites kept sending me emails about people who had clicked on my profile with interest. I wasn’t interested in it after that.
collegesexdates.com —- I actually got a profile on there through my cell phone. I had looked up college dating sites through Google and that site was one of the first that came up. One night while bored, I put the words “horny” and “dating” in the Google search bar and came up with hornymatches.com I liked it for the variety that it had that collegesexdates did not.
I have no interest in true.com because it is (in my opinion) one of the lamest dating sites available. And there are many more than what I have been on. And the ironic part about it was that many of the profiles (it could be determined by reading it) you could tell that the person wasn’t very “true” at all. I was quickly disgusted with that one.
Last but not least, the current one that I have membership with. http://passion.com I really like the site. It has some glitches that make life a bit worse for wear sometimes, but all in all, I like it better than all the previous I’ve been on. The only one that I can compare it to is eHarmony.com
And for the qualification part, it is recommended (but not required) that a person has a voice intro, a video intro, and a confirmID (where you send in a picture of your license that verifies that you are who you say you are). Pictures (as with any site) give a visual description of who you are. They always advertise who and what you are (and false advertisement is very bad). But if your profile *description* is very good and has no gaps (or things that makes people question things about you), then a picture isn’t always necessary.

You need to pay a high price for an attractive lady with a good qualification, because the rest of us are just human. You could go to a modeling agency or a beauty pageant, but have lots of cash with you, because they may not find you attractive with a good qualification.
