I live in a small town too, and alot of my friends met their wives and girlfriends at carnivals, through friends, produce markets, pubs. Even if your town has a day a month where there’s a market on…ive heard thats pretty good. I met my partner through friends, but alot of my single gfs are always complaining about not being able to find a decent man (im not sure whether thats just becuase they cant get any men or whether there actually are no decent men in our town…) and they all do there shopping at markets on the weekends and stuff and if you have a sister or even your mum, go to a womens clothes shop and ask the shop assistant to help you find a gift for them…but make sure its infront of a lady that seems single or that you like the look of….
Trst me if a lady likes the look of you but she’s married she’ll still come up to you and ask you if you’re single so she can introduce you to someone she knows.
Also, if you want a relationship with a girl, maybe you should try meeting the girls at a place that you actually like to go, that way you know she has the same interests as you.
    Hope this helps :)
