I have been dating my best friend for over 4 years and we got engaged. I love him and care about him, but in the last couple weeks (when i started a new job) I found that i’ve been falling out of love with him. I have the urge to live the ‘single’ life and get my own place and meet new guys and fool around and stuff. I am almost 25 years old But I have never had much of a single life because I was in a past relationship since i was 17 and never had the chance to party or live life.
I have told my fiance that maybe things would be better if we went our separate ways but he got so upset and crying and blaming himself and saying he couldnt live without me and i was making a selfish mistake.
I dont want to leave because i have all my cats and dogs here with him and a roof over my head and someone who loves me dearly. Also we go snowmobiling and 4wheeling and my parents love him.
My fiancee has been off work for over a year on disability because of chronic nerve pain so he is always at home on morphine or something. And he rarely leaves the house and because of his lower income we don’t have the money to actually do anything or go anywhere and we don’t have any friends other than his brothers.
What should I do?
I love him so much, but I dont feel the sexual love anymore.
