I am an very active person, i need a place located in nice neighborhood, essay commute, secure, classy, resident with other upper high class single. Prefer a town with the most social going one. Cannot live in a rural
area like Fremont. Thanks for all help.

If you think Fremont is rural you need to stick with San Francisco. I have never heard of anyone to describe Fremont as “rural”, the closest thing to a farm is Ardenwood, which is actually a state park, not a true farm.
If you can afford it, San Francisco is very nice. Otherwise, I would recommend either Berkeley (if you’re young- lots of college students) or Oakland. Piedmont, Lake Merritt or Ivy Hill are all very nice areas and close to BART.
