Wezzie, there are hundreds of places. You need to make a list of things that are important to you and for your future as a family. Warm places are nice, but they may not have the types of assistance you may need. Places with climate changes ad great fun for the kids, but there are days that aren’t so pleasant.
What kind of life do you want for yourself and your kids? Having grown up in Miami area, I can tell you they don’t have the kinds of things I want for my kids futures. I moved to Minnesota and while it is darn cold him sometimes, the education and opportunities are abundant here.
Your punch list is a bit unrealistic, I hope you realize that.

I would say Alaska… there are a ton of single men there… not likely to stay a single Mom for very long!
