So I’m 21, and I’ve had a string of really bad relationships. Liars, cheaters, the works. I’m actually considering one of those online dating websites. Does anyone know much about them? Used or know someone who used them? I obviously don’t know where to look for the good guys. Can anyone help?

I have a friend who started online dating. He is a good looking person but he doesn’t seem to have any luck online dating. I keep telling him that you don’t need online dating. My friend kinda gets bumped out sometimes because of this but I keep telling him that don’t rely on online dating because sometimes it can be an illusion, the profiles can be fake, don’t get bummed out.
Is online dating only for average looking people, is online dating sometimes fake? Is online dating a waste of time?

My preference is for thin women.
There is someone for everyone but my own type is thin.
How can I specify that online without evoking finger wags and hate ???

This is another poll question. I think it is a complete waste of time. It is best to meet people in person. Anyone can lie on the internet, and you don’t know 100% what you are really getting. What do you think?

How effective are they compared to the traditional meeting of a potential partner and dating them? Also, which ones are the most effective?

I don’t get a chance to meet many men. And I don’t think that meeting them at bars is really the best thing! I’ve started “online dating.”. I meet one guy from there. He was really nice but there wasn’t any sparks. Now I’m talking to another guy… How many guys am I going to have to meet until I find someone that I have chemistry with?

nobody is perfect we all make mistakes and canchange the way we act and live. It would be nice if people that have been in trouble with the law in the past and like were on probation or in jail can find someone that would accept them for who they are in a dating situation.
