Most women I meet don`t like getting envolved with someone who has kids. I have not been in a serious relationship for 4 yrs.

I am 36 single mother with one child. I live in a small town roughly around 50,000 people. I dont like going to bars even if i did I wouldnt date someone i met there. I am average looking even though some say I am pretty. Where do single guys hang out? Tried the internet dating thing to many wierdo’s just looking to hook up for sex. Anyone have any ideas?

Has anybody got any suggestions as to the best places to meet single girls around the age of 18 are?
Firstly i live in the UK meaning 18 is the drinking age so i can get into bars and clubs. However i find that nightclubs are a pretty bad place due to the lack of communication. and bars are usually full of students who are 19+ and therefore out of my age range.
Secondly, College is a tapped resource due to Exs and Preconceptions.
Any ideas would be welcome. :]
